Important Notes

Styling services include makeup, hairstyling, and assistance with gown dressing.

Accessories will be provided as part of the overall styling when appropriate.

 

If the couple requests specific accessories—such as veils, shawls, capes, boleros, light jackets, or fresh flowers, dried-flower crowns, or bridal bouquets—additional fees will apply.

 

Veils, shawls, capes, boleros, and light jackets should be rented directly from the gown or bridal boutique.

Groom makeup and hair services may be added to any package for $2,500.

 

The groom’s look will be coordinated with the bride’s overall styling.

 

  • If handled by the primary makeup artist, the groom must be styled at the same location as the bride.

    We are unable to travel to a separate location for groom styling in this case.

  • If the groom is unable to be at the same location, on-site assistance will be provided before the banquet begins.

  • If the primary makeup artist is not required, another stylist may be arranged to provide grooming services at the groom’s departure location.

All packages include one complimentary Korean skin care management session.

Clients may also add gel nail services or Japanese eyelash extensions at a special discounted rate.

Guest Makeup & Hair Styling

Senior family members often have hairstyling preferences that differ from the bride’s overall look.

It is therefore recommended that senior family members have their hair blow-dried and styled the day before at their regular salon.

 

  1. Please make reservations at least one month in advance and inform us of the total number of people requiring makeup and/or hair services.

    Services are usually provided by Ayu, assisted by an assistant stylist.

  2. If Ayu is specifically requested as the makeup artist, please allow a minimum of 30 minutes per person for makeup only.

    The fee is $2,500 per person (makeup only).

  3. All family members must be styled at the same location as the bride.

    We are unable to travel to other locations.

    If a family member cannot be at the same location, on-site assistance will be provided before the banquet begins.

Transportation Fee / Accommodation Fee

  • Taipei City / New Taipei City

    No transportation fee required.

  • Taoyuan / Keelung / Yilan

    Transportation fee: $1,000

    If styling time begins before 07:00, accommodation is required

    (charged at actual cost).

  • Hsinchu / Miaoli / Taichung / Changhua / Nantou

    Transportation fee: $1,500

    If styling time begins before 08:00, accommodation is required

    (charged at actual cost).

  • Other regions (Yunlin, Chiayi, Tainan, Kaohsiung, Pingtung)

Accommodation Policy

 

  • Accommodation fees are charged at actual cost (up to $2,000).

  • A private room must be provided (no room-sharing).

Early Morning / Reception-Only / Early Arrival Overtime Policy

  • Makeup time is scheduled 3 hours prior to the start of the ceremony.

  • An additional overtime fee of $500 per 30 minutes will apply if:

  • Styling is required more than 3 hours earlier than the standard schedule

  • Arrival at the venue is required before 07:00

  • For reception-only events, arrival is required more than 3 hours earlier

Trial Makeup Service

  • Trial Makeup & Hair at Xinyi Studio (Taipei)

  • $5,000 — One makeup look and one hairstyle, performed by two professional stylists.

  • Includes full styling confirmation.

  • (Consultation and trial duration: approximately 3 hours)

  •  

  • Trial Makeup Only at Xinyi Studio

  • $3,000 — Makeup look confirmation only (hairstyling not included).

  • (Consultation and trial duration: approximately 2 hours)

  • Booking a trial makeup session or completing a trial does not guarantee date reservation.

    Event dates are reserved only after a deposit is received, on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • If a booking decision cannot be made immediately after the trial, makeup and hair must be removed before leaving the studio.

  • Clients who select three or more styling looks and whose trial date is more than six months before the wedding may return 1–2 weeks prior to the wedding for final styling confirmation.

    Appointments must be made at least one month in advance.
